Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final once opened or used.

We accept returns only for unopened items within 3 days of delivery, in original condition.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photos.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
